Remove some of unnecessary register calls.

Partial fix for ONOS-4528

- String, primitives, and it's boxed type is pre-registered.
   https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/kryo#registration
- Ip4Address part of MISC ⊂ API
- DefaultPortStatistics, DeviceId part of API
