Remove a very old optimization for storing matching
conditionions in the Shortest Path Flow Entries.

Previously, we were storing the common Flow Entry Matching conditions
within the FlowPath, and we needed both the FlowPath and each FlowEntry
to push the FlowEntry state into a switch (or the GraphDB).

Now, every Flow Entry is self-contained and includes all matching conditions.
