Minor cleanup of unit test. No functional changes.

 * Removed @author statement, because we don't use it as part of our
   style guide. Note that the main code is explicitly checked for
   @author statements, but currently the unit tests are excluded from
   such check

 * Moved @Test statements right between the Javadoc and the method

 * Split some of the longer lines into shorter (less than 80 character)
   lines
