Fix for Netty wiring issue after 4.0 bump. - After updating Netty 4.0 version, we sometimes see java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: io/netty/util/internal/TypeParameterMatcher with backtrace insisting there's some dynamic class resolution inside Netty.
