Segment Routing refactoring

- Change name: McastEventHandler -> McastHandler
- Separate HostHandler from SRManager
- Move storekeys to a dedicated package
- Replace SRObjevtiveContext and BridgeTableObjectiveContext with DefaultObjectiveContext
