Packet class unit tests
Added unit tests for DefaultInboundPacket, DefaultOutboundPacket,
and DefaultPacketContext.
Made DefaultInboundPacket and DefaultOutboundPacket proper immutable classes
Added equals() and hashCode() to DefaultOutboundPacket
