[ONOS-7624] Implement egress pipeline programming

- Implemented logic to handle double-tagged host in segmentrouting application.
- Added 'DummyVlanId' to segmentrouting application to keep track of dummy vlan for L3L2Unfiltered group chain and egress tables.
- Implemented L2Unfiltered group and Egress pipeline programming support in OFDPA pipeline.
- Added EGRESS flag to the forwardingObjective to program Egress tables.
- Fixed bugs when handling double-tagged ARP request, to get correct vlan id and reply with double-tagged packet.
- Fixed bugs in BasicHostConfig, to set the value of 'outerTpid' to 0x8100 if it is not specified.
- Fixed build(ARP/ICMP/ICMP6)reply to build double-tagged reply if corresponding request is double-tagged.

ONOS : Open Network Operating System

What is ONOS?

ONOS is a new SDN network operating system designed for high availability, performance, scale-out.

Top-Level Features

  • High availability through clustering and distributed state management.
  • Scalability through clustering and sharding of network device control.
  • Performance that is good for a first release, and which has an architecture that will continue to support improvements.
  • Northbound abstractions for a global network view, network graph, and application intents.
  • Pluggable southbound for support of OpenFlow and new or legacy protocols.
  • Graphical user interface to view multi-layer topologies and inspect elements of the topology.
  • REST API for access to Northbound abstractions as well as CLI commands.
  • CLI for debugging.
  • Support for both proactive and reactive flow setup.
