Modified the Felix API to aligned with the proposed standard OSGi framework API. The main changes implemented here are the new constructor that takes a single Map argument and the addition of the init() and waitForStop(), the latter resplaces stopAndWait(). This is not complete, but it is a good start. The framework instance can now be stopped and restarted.
