Miscellaneous fixes. o Cross-connect type changed to OPTICAL. This fixes a bug where the optical path provisioner fails to identify the link as a cross connect. o Correct class for logger instantiation (BigSwitchManager) Change-Id: Id113b83e251a11c3b22a8ec4e119f9b70d3612a4
