Updated drivers and tests from HA. Changed include:
- onos-check-logs function
- remove some print statements
- create a csv file for jenkin's plugin
- Add timestamp to long pings
- Remove cookies from flow table comparison
- when printing flow tables, check that a correct protocol format is
given
- add cli commands for leadership election sample app
- add command to check that all devices have a masster assigned
